Before returning any damaged or defective product, you must keep us informed of your intention by contacting our customer service (contact@babytolove.com) so that we can see the condition of the item, photo/s will be requested.
Upon receipt of the photo/s, and if we determine there is indeed an issue with the product, a return agreement bill will be given, and a prepaid Post label will be sent by email.
Upon receipt of the package, we will repair or exchange the item.
The time for an exchange may vary depending on the availability of the desired product.
