5.    Delivery of Products

5.1.  Orders placed on shop.babytolove.com can only be delivered in the United States. Babytolove don’t deliver outside the United States. Please note Babytolove cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for deliveries outside mainland United States.

5.2.  Babytolove will ship the Products to the delivery address you have specified in the order form and in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. In the event you order various Products to be delivered to different addresses, you will need to submit a separate order form for each delivery address. Any delivery or shipment dates given by Babytolove are best estimates only and Babytolove shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given. In the event any of the Products ordered is out of stock, this may mean the whole order is delayed. If so, an estimate of the delay will be given by e-mail or post but delivery shall in any case be made within thirty (30) days as of the date indicated on the order confirmation by Babytolove. 

5.3.  In case of late delivery, we will offer you by mail a new delivery date. In any event, in the event that Babytolove does not respect the indicated deadline, or in the absence of a specified deadline, deliver the product within more than 30 days after receipt of the order confirmation, you have the possibility of cancel your order by contacting customer service. Babytolove then agrees to refund all amounts paid no later than 14 days after the termination of the contract.

6.    Return Policy

6.1.  Conditions of return

6.1.1.    We want to make sure you love our products, so if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns for up to 30 days after your order date (less the cost of shipping) if it the item is new, unused, and in the original packaging. 7.    Terms of Return of Products

8.    MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
